Bug report...... when on a call and you push the speaker button to activate the speaker phone the person on the other end can't hear you anymore and it doesn't change if you turn it off. This could be an isolated incident.

I don't know if you guys are having the same issue or if it is being worked on but when I get a call my phone just vibrates for two rings and then the screen turns on and the ringtone plays. Also it seems a bit slow in general like when you first change screens it is a bit slow but then it speeds up and when I hang up on a call it takes a second. Great rom though I am loving it and it looks fantastic I cannot wait for updates. Best of luck.

I just tried speakerphone by calling myself on the house phone
. It all seemed to work. Maybe you pressed mute on accident? I have some calls I need to make tonight so I'll test it further then. Did you undervolt or overclock? As mentioned above, I called myself a few times and it rang and answered just fine (I tried both on Ring only and Ring + Vibrate). Glad you are enjoying the rom.
I set the min on sleep to the lowest and max on wake to like 1385mhz I am still playing with it to see if that is the problem. Also how can you change the icons on the lockscreen because there are two unlock icons and one for the camera lol.
Go to Settings > System > Lockscreen. From there you can choose lockscreen style and choose what custom apps you want showing up on the lockscreen.

I double checked, I called my son and my work phone and the same thing happened, I am going to wipe reinstall and not use my volume+ mod and see if that is what it is, I will let you know.

Let me know how it goes. I just called my friend and turned on speaker phone and he said he could hear me just fine.

Yea speaker phone works for me I did like an hour ago when a friend called and he heard me.
Try raising your minimum cpu speed. It could be that your phone is having difficulty waking up.

I managed to get bluetooth to turn on and just got back from using A2DP in the car, so I KNOW it works!

Not yet. Last I heard (a few days ago) The Collective had a 4.0.4 version that was almost ready for testing. I'll update as soon as I can after they release.

I think I would need a bit of help implementing that, as I don't think I know enough yet to do it so it works :/ but I'll check it out tomorrow. Although, I can remove the cursor image altogether if it bothers you enough doat.
