I want to install this rom "PhoeniX.ROM.V12.VZW.Marshmallow.G900V-V2.zip"
on my phone, I read a lot of pages and I never can´t make it work 7 times so far, then my phone doesn´t boot up and I have to start from scratch.

Now I´m running Cyanogenmode 13. I really want to put Phoenix Rom on my device.
Actually my phone is rooted and with the bootloader unlocked.

Is there or have anyone a guide or steps to install it?

You need to be on PD1(MM) for this ROM to work.....
Also, if you're on a CM/ASOP ROM, you'll need to do a full complete wipe in TWRP before installing this ROM....reason is to get everything that may be left over from those types of ROM's because a standard wipe may not. In TWRP, go to wipe/Advance Wipe and select all but external storage. Once done press Home and then Install and install the ROM.
BTW, somewhere it states that you need to be on MM...the OP says PB1 but i think it may be incorrect because people have posted having to be on MM....but I may be wrong.....

I am on PD1 still, using 15 and all work great. I have wondered about upgrading but until it acts up I will keep it. May want to give a try.
I did however lose root somewhere but don't think that has anything to do with the PD1.

I am on PD1 also and installed 15 and had the same problem I could receive text but couldn't send them. Calls and everything else were working fine. I went back to 12.6 everything working again

You have to be on PD1(MM) to run this ROM.....

If your device is bootloader unlocked and not carrier unlocked, you should have the Aroma installer if you're using TWRP 3.0.0.0 and without any issues......

After flashing v15 the pro key doesn't work in rom control. I've reflashed the rom uninstalled and reinstalled the pro key options are still locked. Is this happening to anyone else?

Yes it worked on 12.6 even if I restore my backup it works. And when I flashed v15 from the other original thread it worked but mms didnt

I must have removed or changed something in build.prop or others.xml. Ill look into it

I just tried it and I'm also experiencing the same issue with the Pro key not working.
