Installation Instructions for v12:
If you are coming from other ROM or older version, full wipe is needed - super wipe is recommended.
Use latest philz / twrp
Flash v12. Choose your mods, etc.

Yes ? I said... And I have ?
Can go through the main thread and download this Rom? And install on my S5 T-Mobile?

One thing more, currently I m on 5.1.1 and OTA 6.0 has been downloaded but not installed, there are bugs peoples reporting. So waiting for more stable release. :)

As per the instructions in the OP

Must Be on PD1 Bootloaders and firmware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank you for the reply. I am inclined to think I've done it but considering it's not working, maybe it didn't take? Here's what I did before installing the marshmallow ROMs. Please tell me if I missed a step...

1) Using TWRP 3.0.0.0, I installed Safestrap_MM_Updater.zip

2) Upon reboot, enter safestrap recovery. Install PD1_Bootloader_Unlock.zip

Now this is where I think there might be a problem. Upon installing the above file, the phone automatically seems to reboot without any prompting from me. It seems as though it's going to restart, but it's just a blank screen. I have to actually pull the battery to get it to restart. Nothing else gets a response from the phone, not even holding [VolUp + Home + Power]. The phone seems to be completely powered off, and the ONLY way I can restart is to pull the battery.

What am I doing wrong thru the above 2 steps?

Hmm. Don't recall seeing one like that.. Think you are installing the wrong file on the 2nd step...

Go back and do this route.. I did this and it worked flawless...
Upgrade To PD1 Stock Rooted Rom With PD1 Unlocked Bootloader From 5.0 TW Rom With PB1 Unlocked Bootloaders

Download these 2 files
Restore_PD1_Unlocked_Rooted.zip
Safestrap_MM_Updater.zip

Reboot to TWRP
Flash Safestrap_MM_Updater.zip
Reboot enter safestrap
Wipe data wipe cache wipe system
Flash Restore_PD1_Unlocked_Rooted.zip

reboot should be on unlocked PD1 rooted MM stock rom

Can anyone assist me in perhaps why my wifi won't turn on with any of the marshmallow ROMs? I have a G900V with an unlocked bootloader, TWRP 3.0, PDB1 firmware. I've now tried 3 separate 6.0 ROMs from jrkruse, all with the same result. ROM seems to install fine, and I can enter information into the initial setup screens, but as soon as I try to turn on wifi, the switch remains 'greyed out' and after about 2 minutes of waiting, the screen goes black and can only be restarted by pulling the battery. Very frustrated. Please help....
Use apnbackuprestore app and backup your apns from a working ROM, flash marshmallow ROM, install backup restore app, convert to system app, check disable ICS check in the app three dot menu settings, use your working APN settings, and restore them within app. I've had to do this on just about every marshmallow ROM for the s5. Also u have to be on pd1 bootloader and firmware

Well, I absolutely appreciate your help, but I think I may just have to give up. The instructions seem pretty straightforward:

Downgrade to PB1 by flashing safestrap lollipop file in TWRP

Reboot to safestrap, wipe system, data, cache, then install Restore_PB1 zip file.

Reboot system, everything works fine as Lollipop, including WiFi.

Reboot to TWRP, flash MM safestrap file.

Reboot to safestrap. Wipe system, data, cache. Install PD1 zip file.

Reboot system, takes about 10 or 12 minutes. After selecting English for language, next page suggests wifi connections to attach to but none are available.

Continue thru setup, then drop down the notification bar; wifi seems half lit - almost like a grayed out (with color, if that makes any sense).

Long press on wifi to bring up wifi settings, and switch is in the off position and does not respond to touch.

Other issues include Back button does not work, Recents button does not work, and External SD does not show up.

Please review attached screenshots / camera images from settings screen to confirm installed files. I'm not stupid, but I'm starting to feel that way. What the heck am I doing wrong??

Clarification ?

Originally this post pertained to flashing this ROM to a Verizon SMG-900V running PB1, on a bootloader that cannot be unlocked. Is that not the case anymore? If not then where can I find a custom ROM that gives me the ability to still remove bloat and run xposed framework. Thanks!

My understanding is that it was originally posted ONLY for unlocked bootloaders, but additional instructions are coming for locked bootloaders per the 2nd post.

Probably not this rom relies on root too much for it to function properly

I am rooted currently. I actually had done the OTA MM upgrade, but didn't like the ability not to control what was running and wasn't able to remove bloatware. So I downgraded back to Lollipop and re-rooted, but would like to install this ROM, or something where I can have the ability to remove bloat and run xposed.

PhoeniX V12.6 OTA Update Announcement!

As promised, I have fixed all reported bugs and added several new features.

Notes:
  • Do not update Camera Modes/download new Camera Modes from Galaxy Apps. The Modes in Galaxy Apps are of S7, and if you update/download them you will get FC.
  • After you apply theme from theme store, restart systemui/device in order to full apply colors. This is because of ROM Control mods(They both set color, and in order to apply the theme from Theme store you must reboot SystemUI)
  • If you want to fix Youtube 1080P 60FPS lag, you have to change your device model from SM-G935F to SM-G903F. If you do that, you will lose the option to download S7 theme or update S7 apps & Edge apps.

You must be on V12.0 to flash this update.

V12.6:
New in V12.6:

Added tamirda's Touchwiz Modded Launcher - 5x5 Apps Grid, 4x4 Folder apps, 6 Hotseat apps, smaller icon size
Added Touchwiz Gestures - thanks to @ikrom
Added Edge Panel Toggle to Quick Panel
Added Active toggles Toggle in Rom Control
Added Scaling option for Settings Dashboard Text & Favorite Settings in Rom Control
Added Quick Connect Text Color in Rom Control
Added Data Usage Text Color in Rom Control
Added Hex Color Option in Rom Control Color Chooser
Added Camera Modes of G900F. DO NOT UPDATE THOSE MODES/DOWNLOAD NEW MODES! The updates are of S7, and will FC your Camera.
Added Keyboard Symbols toggle in Rom Control
Added Single swipe for Quick Toggles from the right corner Toggle in Rom control
Added Missing codes from S7 files
Added S7 Download Provider
Added S7 Badge Provider
Added S5 Sound Alive
Added SamsungTTS Back to system
More optimizations for lagfree use.

PhoeniX ROM Control Pro

Alot were worried about it. You shouldn't.
PhoeniX ROM Control Pro, is an option to donate to me via play store. As a thank you from me, it will unlock several more options in ROM Control.
How it works?

In order to enable pro features, you will have to install PhoeniX Pro Key from the Play store.
This applies to all feature updates, ROMs, etc.

So if you want to get it, grab it here :

Well, it is the PB1 bootloader, which I'm assuming is obviously wrong. I guess where I'm confused is I must have overlooked where to download the correct file, and where were the instructions to install it? Am I just not seeing it???
