Checotah, OK

My S3 completely fried itself after plugging and un-plugging my otg adapter maybe alittle too fast and is in Texas being examined then replaced by Samsung (warranty work baby). In the mean time though i wanted to get a look at a new rom by my fav developer itsmikeramsay. Seeing as how i was without my phone, i decided to port it to the Nexus 7 and Its the best suited ROM for the Nexus 7 I have ever Used and I dont see any other rom that really has it together and organized so usefully as this one does.

Code:
[U][LIST]
[*][COLOR="Blue"][B]*Upon Initial Boot just go to settings and click on INTERFACE
and then NAVIGATION BAR to get you a permanent or temporary nav bar
(i dont use nav bars anymore I use PIE) [/B][/COLOR]
[/LIST][/U]

This ROM is actually pretty great. My two main complaints so far are the ridiculous lag I get sometimes (stock kernel, will try others - can you recommend any?) and an issue with the Bluetooth hardware keyboard I use, namely that the soft keyboard pops up whether the hardware one is connected or not (confirmed with stock keyboard and Hacker's).

And, if I'm in a position to make feature requests, a launcher for the keyboard quick launch manager (quicklaunch.QuickLaunch I think, you can get to the activity with Nova) would be a great thing to have.

Other than that, I'm loving it. Best ROM I've used in quite a while. :)

Edit: a few more things: sharing a 3G connection over WiFi does work perfectly, neither Pie nor navbars are enabled on first boot, and the volume keys apparently default to controlling ringer volume, which doesn't really make sense on this device. I think that's all for now...

wow

I love this rom. Fast, stable and all of the customization I need. My only problem is that it won't let me side load apps from 4shared that's it. Please fix.

can't edit in 7-zip

Hey there!

Something wrong with the grouper file. I was trying to edit updater-script file via 7-zip (to be able to use on Tilapia as I always do with grouper roms) but I get the message that 7-zip doesn't support the compression method. Never happened on other roms. Can you please look into it when you have time?

Thanks for your work!
