Don't flash Gapps. Its already installed.

Tutorial
1. Extract the Zip
2.Copy the folder to the TWRP Backups Folder
3.Reboot to Recovery, Do a factory reset
4.Go to Restore
5.Choose MIUI V7......
6.Choose Boot And System and Swipe to Restore
7.Wipe Cache and Dalvik Cache
8.Reboot to System
