Instructions

Download ROM
Reboot into recovery TWRP or CWM
Wipe Cache / Factory Reset Note: Strongly recommended if you are flashing on top of a different rom. Not necessary if you come from previous SlimRom.
Install ROM
Wipe Cache Partition (not required really, but good practice)
Wipe Dalvik Cache (not required really, but good practice)
Fix Permissions
Reboot
