Possibility of Dex on PC on Galaxy S9 with Android 10 Beta

I think we might end up getting Dex on PC, on Beta 1 when i plug in the phone to a pc i receive a notification that invites me to download Dex on PC on my computer.
i've tried it but for now the windows program doesn't recognise the phone.
Maybe i did something wrong idk.

Dex indeed working without a flaw.. tested here in the netherlands, on my win10 laptop..
