I am looking for a Titanium backup of phone.apk (Probably labeled Mobile Data)
Been trying to intall the phone.apk from te Nexus 4 on my Nexus 7 (2013) through apk installer and adb but it's being blocked (Not a huge surprise)
I don' have any device with a ROM close enough to the N7, but would like to give a try through a Titanium backup restoration. It's probably a bit naive, but if any of you could post his app+data backup, I'd like to give it a try
Thanks a lot in advance if one f you can post it here !!

This is not going to work, and this is not the place to post it.

Based on... ?
It's worth spending 5 minutes trying (Its probably even less than 5 minutes actually, and definitely faster than trying to cook my own ROM with the phone.apk of the Nexus 4). The Nexus 7 (2013) and Nexus 4 share a lot in common, it is likely to be more simple than all the experiments that were done on the original Nexus 7.
It probably won't work, but somebody has t try.

Thanks for your help...........
Where is the place to post it? Definitely not in the Nexus 7 section.
Maybe should have posted in the "General" part of Nexus 4. Sorry for that, the thread can be moved if necessary
I would post it in Q/A subforum, but could also be in general since it is a request

Why not just use es file explorer to paste it in the system folder then set the permissions?

It won't work. You need to install it, not only copy the file :(

Guys in the time you annoyed the hell out of him you could've uploaded a copy.

Here you go OP. Have fun experimenting. Thus might have my android ID attached so check you attached gmail accounts after you attempt anything.

Im flashing a new ROM ATM so even if you tried any funny business it wouldn't work.

Thanks a lot!! Surprisingly enough it went faster sending an email to a few geeks in my company (One ended up having a N4) than asking in the forum :(
