If you don't want to install a Custom ROM, I'd recommend Xposed Framework + GravityBox :good:
It has A LOT of customization options.
EDIT: Where did you get those wallpapers? I love them

Alright, thanks. Yeah, I have seen Xposed pop up quite often when searching for root apps. I just have to locate a proper download location for it, as most I've come across have been sketchy.

For the wall, it came bundled with the ISAS Zooper widget pack in the Play Store. Then you need to have the Behang wallpaper app installed, also in Play Store. The ISAS walls can be accessed within the Behang app.

If you are willing to change your ROM, there are lots in the forums. I personally use Paranoid Android. It doesn't have so much features, but the ones it has are really neat.
