To those that use the dbrand grip case for their Pixel 6, is the issue mentioned on the linked video still a problem? The video is a year old.. I'm hoping they fixed this design flaw for their recent Grip case. Can anyone confirm? Thanks!

I actually bought the Pixel 6 stormy black edition because it was only available and it looks so dull so I applied Neon phone skins from Gadgetshieldz for my phone and it looks so cool now!

I'd be grateful if someone with a dbrand grip case could post a review. I've seen some posts about people ordering them but no reviews or feedback as of yet.

I got a Caseology Vault while I waited for my Dbrand case. The vault is fairly thin, I didn't mind it at all. The texture on it isn't as grippy as I'd like. It's almost slippery if you don't have rough hands.

Dbrand grip case is really nice. The grips out on outside are really grippy. I wouldn't recommend it if you wear skinnies all the time because it will be a lil tough to get in and out of your pocket and may pick up lint/fluff. I got mine with matte black and it's super solid. I haven't had any issues like the video above and don't even understand how what he showed can even happen.. The case in the video is also not even made from the same material. It seems to have some kind of soft rubber as a bumper around the case, which isn't what mine is like at all.

Picked up a leather wallet case but I hate how thick it is.
I'm a big fan of iCarer wallet cases that have the slimmer molded leather phone holder as opposed to the plastic holders seen in almost all the wallet cases. Sadly they aren't making one (yet?) for the Pixel 6.

It's not a slim case but very protective using some of that bump height we're stuck with anyway, the fit & buttons are excellent, grip is pretty good after using it a bit and without the usual rubbery feel, comes in several colors, slips into pockets well despite the bulk.

después de casi 2 meses recibí la segunda caja de AliExpress (la otra que publiqué arriba es la bonita de fibra de carbono). Este es un poco resbaladizo pero hace exactamente lo que quería. Solo protege un poco la espalda y los costados. No es tan delgado como el estuche PHNX, que es mi estuche de todos los días. Es una carcasa de PC dura.
Por $ 3, incluido el envío, no hay nada de qué quejarse. Imagínense todos los problemas que hubo en esto por esa cantidad de dinero. Eso debe ser una pérdida calculada...

For some reason im loving this setup.. Its the Spigen Ultra Hybrid Clear case.. with a Razer sticker that came with my keyboard/mouse/headphone bundle. Please excuse the random dust/etc.. I need to clean it!

I'm going caseless for a while with a skin. I put on a dbrand leather skin, and separately ordered a matt black camera bar cover from them, as the leather looks weird on the camera bar to me. Super happy - great grip on the back. Still not great sides grip, but the 6 is better than the 6+ on that. Only think that worries me is nothing on the screen side - not sure of the solution, but a little leather wrap for the face would be cool, but not sure it would be durable. I don't have a different cameral here for a photo, but will try to remember to add one later.

Edit: Here is my skin after 3 months of use. I really like the grip and the look, but lack of any screen protection is an issue. I have 2 small screen scratches, which I have never gotten with a case. Also, scratched anodizing on the camera bar edge. I have started to use a Pelican case from the $5 AT&T deal when I am doing anything active and going with the skin only when I think the phone will be safe. I like the grip a lot, and almost no additional thickness - a case fits fine over the skin.

I'm rocking the Frosted White PHMX mnml case. The color scheme of the phone shows through, it adds just enough grip without adding any noticeable thickness, and now the stupid glass back of my phone doesn't cause it to slide off of basically every surface I place it on

I don't have pixel 6 but have the pro and this case is also available for the 6 I like the case I have 2 a black and black one and ordered a red and black but that's not arrived yet also has a camera shutter cover to protect the camera

I tried scoring mine with a diamond bit so I I could make it half size. The idea was to just cover the side with the camera lenses...

It was a fail because both protectors I tried it on shattered when I tried scoring it.

Does anyone happen to know of a phone with that size camera so I can search for it's camera protector?

A bit late but I have the Dbrand Grip. Very nice case. It definitely has a good texture to it which I like. Never feel like it will slip out of my hand unlike done other cases I've used. The wrap for the back is nice and has a great feel too it as well. I got the Black Dragon. It is also super easy to put on and vibes with the part for over the camera glad as well. All around I'm very pleased with the purchase and have even debated getting a second with a different skin for a little variety.

Its for the pro, my mistake - I ordered the wrong one, but it still works fine on the Pixel 6. I believe they also have a version specific to the 6.

Just wanted to share this sexy leather case with you guys.

IMO it's the best looking case available for the pixel 6.
It is thin though. So from the one hand it's not protecting very well but on the other hand it doesn't add any bulkiness.
