Am a stock android guy! But most of the stock pixel looking launchers are not good in poco. So i switched back to poco launcher! Happpy!!

How'd you get the battery percent inside the icon?

In MIUI 10 You can do it in setting> notification status bar
In MIUI 9 You Can use a theme like "zikko" with battery %

Why don't you try lawnchair v2 (available on play store) and download lawnfeed to enable the google now feed. (available on XDA). Pretty much close to pixel looking launchers.
