Just finished getting my Nook HD setup with CyanogenMod 10.1 and loving it. Here's my screen shot for now

Mine is going to be installed into the dash of my 2012 mustang as a head unit. This is how I have it at the moment, may or not get changed some before it goes in.

Paaco that is a cool idea. What theme and launcher are you using? I have a cheap visual land tablet set up to my stereo that I play music with and like how yours looks. Let me know

Mine is set up with Screen Density at 280
The home screen looking like mine can be achieved with the app "home!screen" and the app "Car Widget." Other than that it is just stock CM10.1 installed on the internal memory.
