App is 1Weather and one of their widgets has the clock with the weather info.

Yea, Nova. Shrunk down icon/folder size to 70 and set folder preview to "Grid"

That was my set up for ages. I switched to GEL which uses the same clear design but has a HUGE selection of icons.

This is Nova Launcher and I'm using a new icon pack I've found called Polycon. Live wallpaper side-scrolls and is called Paperland.

It's made by the same dev that created Pocket Casts. The weather data is sourced from our national weather bureau though so it won't work overseas...
