I got them from tulsadiver. He has 3d toggles and I sent him my systemui and asked if he could put them in there for me

The ROM is one I've been working on. Currently it's set up with Smart Launcher Pro 3 using BlankOn as the full theme. The homescreen icons are Red IconPack and the icon BG is from a theme called Jeppe.
