It's in nova launchers dock settings -background - square. The widget I've done myself using zooper.

- Status bar : flat style bar indicators (xposed module).
- zooper widget : zoopreme (free in playstore).
- icons : Min icon pack (free in playstore).
- wallpaper : backdrops (free in playstore/ search Golden Gate in community section inside the app) .
