Who are you talking about since you didn't quote anyone. But in terms of settings, you just have to try what's better for your moment.
It really depends on a lot of factors, what settings to use.

hi i tried with setting which mention in the xda. manual mode, 15mp, iso 100, foucus mode:multi, metering:multi
but
still i am getting dark shade in pictures...

4Hey guys, many of us have received this great device already, now it's time to show how great (or not so great) pictures this device can make!
It could also help other people make their choice whether to buy it or not.
Please do not upload the image on XDA itself, but rather use a site like imgur, tinypic, imageshack, imagevenue to upload your pictures.
When you upload the images on XDA itself we won't be able to see the image in it's full glory, because the images are being compressed, hence losing their quality.
