I absolutely can. It's a custom Zooper widget. The only problem with it is that the weather plugins work and sometimes don't work very well. If you don't mind That, then I can definitely send it your way.

how did you get the icons to look that way?

I'm using apex launcher, along with click ui icons. You really just need the icon pack, and it'll work on any other launcher like Nova launcher too.
