Hey guys ! i am using Nova Launcher (prime) [Patched ofcourse ! ] and the icon pack is set to Lollipop 5.0 in the nova settings ! hope you like it ! and oh yes ! Nav bar looks gr8 too ! I used the Fonter application available on xposed modules list.. Just follow the screenshots.. :laugh:

I love material design.... So downloaded the material designed whatsapp, and the Google messenger, and also updated all my apps.

I have to mention the name of this very sweet weather app I'm using, called Weather Timeline... Awesome design by the dev.
