I am using go launcher now. But i am not able to do it.
Firstly if I remove icons from dock then it just shows a plus sign there and otherwise it automatically changes its nice and becomes big.

Secondly i am not able to add uccw widget from the widgets option. It doesnt show uccw in widgets.

new version of go launcher doesn't allow you to put an "empty" shortcut in dock anymore. Thats why i use apex launcher pro if i want to use that kind of dock. launcher pro should be able to. i don't know about other launcher.
