Yes, this one is transparent. I will attach it but you may need to sign it yourself, as I remember I did. I've got it form Transparent_Apps.zip here in the forums.

You can use Desktop Vizualiser to change app name or icon or just use LauncherPro, which gives you the option to change this stuff after adding a new shortcut to your homescreen.
