It's a refurbished one. How's the condition looking
It's literally brand new, there is not a single blemish anywhere that I can find. Not even a micro scratch on screen or back.

Usually I can tell if the phone has been used\refurbished by looking at the charger port. If there is some dirt and micro scratches there, it shows that the phone has been used. This one has nothing, nada! It's like they got it out of the new box and packed in this tiny box.

I don't think this IMEI number will work on IMEI pro website. I have three IMEI numbers now, the first two ring up just fine, the third one causes an "unavailable" error in their system.

If by fru , you mean factory refurbished, even then I couldn't care less. Google sent a brand new (looking) device in return for a Verizon used device, that is rooted now. That's all I care for!

Did the first replacement come in the same kind of box
Yes. The first replacement came in the same kind of box. There was something different about this replacement tho. It came with an extra Sim eject tool.

Also, I didn't insert my Verizon simcard in the phone till now. It was updated till March 1st security patch from the get go and wouldn't show the OEM Unlock option till I connected to WiFi, and updated it.

What screen issues did you have with the first replacement?

I have a RMA device on the way for the top speaker issue. Crossing fingers for a new or like new unit. My device is mint from a wear and tear standpoint so anything less quality then that is getting returned.

First one was Bluetooth. When I was on WhatsApp call, my Bluetooth wouldn't work. Factory reset wouldn't fix it. Second one was screen blue tint. It's a lot better in this one.
They let you exchange for blue tinr? That's super weird. They all have it. Google says it's the way it's supposed to be.

You will know whether it is a new or refurbished while you order. If the page says refurbished, they will send you a refurbished one, if not you will get new one.

I just had a conversation with the help chat via the settings menu on my Verizon Pixel, and they claim no control over big red locking the device. Also I stated that RMA would possibly result in Google version which he denied obviously.

That's what the lady from Google told me as well. I requested for a Google version as a replacement for Verizon version. She very nicely denied me that. I requested her to send me a Google version again so that I can unlock the bootloader and fix many issues myself, in a response to which she talked to her "manager" and denied my request again. I was disappointed. However, to my surprise, I received a unlockable bootloader version of the phone.

Here is what I did when I received the phone.

1. Did not insert Sim.
2. Turned on the phone and did not sign in or connect to WiFi. Skipped all the menus.
3. Checked the version of software, it was on March 1st security patch.
4. Enabled Dev settings, checked the OEM Unlock option was disabled. Connected USB and no dice.
5. It asked me to contact carrier for Unlock bootloader or to connect to internet, so I connected it WiFi and updated to latest version.
6. Restarted the phone and Boom!!! The OEM Unlock option was enabled.
7. Unlocked bootloader, installed Magisk, profit.

Try replicating these steps in case if this works for you as well. My simcard is still in S9+ I haven't inserted it yet in Pixel.

So you filed RMA and they sent you one that was unlockable? If so awesome
