Power button is making locksreen sound twice

When I try to lock the mobile using power button, locksreen aound is coming twice sometimes.
When I lock the device using power button , it is first locking the screen and immediately unlocking automatically and vice versa is happening.
Tried restore of mobile.still no luck.
Does anyone faced these problem?

This used to happen to me on my g3. All the time followed by the screen on then back off. I never really looked for a fix. Kinda fixxed itself amongst all the rom flashes.
