All,
I got my Note 5 from big red a few days ago and everything has been fantastic except for the weird resistance with the lock button (right side of device). The volume buttons feel fine and give you a click when depressed, but the lock button basically just sits low and you doesn't have any resistance when you press it. Could this be a broken membrane underneath the button? Should I bring it in to Verizon and get a replacement?
Anyone else having this issue?
