power pack vs extended battery

so what would be the best buy? some days i don't need the extra juice, and most days i'm usually close to a charger to give at least a 10% boost. before i go off and purchase, i was wondering what everyone thought would be the biggest bang for the buck

So far there's good things said about the GTmax battery http://forum.xda-developers.com/forumdisplay.php?f=1303. I ordered one myself, it should be here in a couple days.

I carry a spare battery with me. I'd rather do that than add weight and bulk to my phone. As it stands, I'm averaging 14 hours with light use, and 8 solid hours with heavy use on a single charge. I'd running Serendipty 8.1 w/ZedoMax Kernel.

Extended battery of course. You get used to the bulk and added weight in a couple of days.
