Power saving mode is useless

I have Huawei P20 Pro with CLT-L09 8.1.0.152(C432) firmware..
I have tested several times to be sure.
Now, i can say that i have a better battery life without Power Saving Mode...
When power saving mode is on, battery percentage drops more quickly..

Do you have any solution for this?
