Of course it will make the phone too thick, just look at itJust saw the post on engadget as well, looks promising, hopefully it doesn't make the phone to thick, but would be a excellent thing for travelling if nothing else!
It's universal, USB power is ~5V. All batteries in all DHDs say 3.7v remember that all this extra battery is doing is providing power via USB, therefore it needs to be ~5V.I have a question look at the specifications Powerskin it is 5V, the problem is this is compatible with our European phone with a 3.7 V battery?
Doesn't seem any thicker than with a Case Mate Pop case. I have one so I'm sure I can live with this.Of course it will make the phone too thick, just look at it!

I thought about getting one, then changed my mind as soon as I looked at the pictures.![]()
It's a fascinating idea, but - converting inches to cm - that is about 0.8cm more, for a phone that is just about 1cm deep. In fact, the manufacturers do mention 0.8cm as a generic add-on. That's a lot of bulk...HTC Desire Dimensions 4.80L X 2.70W X .46H from HTC site.
PowerSkin Dimensions 5.32L X 2.84W X .84H from power-skin.
Yes with powerskin case it is going to be twice as thick (deep)...Length and width are almost the same...
