Hey guys, I want thank Tungkick and all the other forum members that helped and are still providing assistance to LG V10 root. I wanted to ask if the root for H960a will work on H960 or are they different? If not, I heard the TOT for H960a is not available so maybe we can try the H960 rooted TOT for H960a.

I was wondering, no disrespect to tungkick, if the root methods provided by him (many thanks) have been double checked by other developers.
Not for functionality(as they do work) , but for security/stability reasons.

It isn't a kdz. It's a tot file. What device do you have and Which file did you actually flash?

I just have to thank Tungkick so much for root, this is my first Android phone, (coming from the iPhone 5c *gags*) and I wanted to root it, I have waited since October, and finally it is released.
is there anything to do or just throw the phone to the bin ?
Wo wo wo, I don't know much about bricked phones, but definitely do not throw it away. There is hope. (Not that I know any, but other do and they can surely help you, but I would not know how to fix bricked.) You could also, buy a replacement motherboard for it, for about 300. Better than buying a WHOLEEE new phone.
Hold up man. I know it's scary as hell, but just wait. Post this in the help and troubleshooting thread and let the more knowledgeable people help you out. My experience with bricks is they're "almost" always recoverable.
