Pre-order not yet received

Anyone else who pre ordered the note 3 not received their's yet? I haven't seen anyone else complain about it, so I imagine im the only one. Seems like a tracking number was processed but it never shipped out. I called verizon and they must have thought I was one of those annoying impatient people who was hoping their phones would come early. They assured me that it would be here before 8pm Thursday oct 10th. It never showed. I called FedEx and they told me it never shipped to them...just a label was made. So when I tried to track the package it just said initiating. ..for 2 days with no updates on whethet the package would leave Memphis. Now I have no idea when my phone is coming because I still have no tracking number! Any ideas on what kinds of things I should ask for as far as compensation? Incidently I've been with sprint for 8 years and this the 1st impression I get with Verizon!

My wife and I pre-ordered 9/10. She never checks her email (where the Verizon emails go), so I checked yesterday. There were two emails. One saying there was a hitch with the payment on her phone, which she called and corrected. The other said something about accepting the terms and conditions on my order, which I did. Mine still shows as "in process" tonight. Her phone showed up this afternoon. I am NOT happy.
