Today UM asked for TAC CODE, status was "On Hold", after sending them the code status became "Shipping In Preparation ". So do they have stock already?
Complete guess... they actually get the devices days or weeks in advance, and hold them until release date. I've seen this for many items, so I am guessing phones are no different.
My order from Unlocked Mobil still shows "Processing" and no changes. Did you order the Black or the Chrome? I ordered the Chrome and I fear I"ll have to wait longer because of later announced UK exclusive.

Contacted (Called them.) Unlocked Mobiles about pre-order dispatch times. They have the Black versions in and are shipping, the Chrome will be follow at the end of the week. FYI.

so just to be clear, the chrome version will be up for grabs by the end of the week at unlocked mobile website?

Unfortunately the Chrome version won't be available through Unlocked unless you had pre ordered early May. They stopped offering Chrome preorders per Sony UK request as Carphone Warehouse picked up a UK exclusive.

Im just hoping not to spend $800+ at amazon and ebay which do have the chrome version. clove and unlocked mobile both have it for $700, the black version only tho

Vodafone Germany told me, that I'll get my xperia yesterday, but now it will be 07 jun...
No change for me with Unlocked Mobiles and the Chrome Version . They told me a few days ago they were expecting stock today.
Supposed to receive mine yesterday. Still not dispatched from Vodafone Ireland.
