Prip Using Data

I noticed an app called Prip using data on my G4 and being the anal person I am, I had to know what it was and why it was using data. After a bit of searching and investigating I discovered that it was associated with Motorola's push-to-talk service. I confirmed this by looking at the Mototalk app in Play. The icon for it is exactly the same as the Prip that is using data. It shows using data but it doesn't show up in my apps at all, system and non-system. I loaded up Gatesjunior's Debloater app and sure enough I found the offending apps called OmegaPttBR.apk and OmegaPttMX.apk. Again another oddity, both apps are showing as blocked already even though I didn't block them because I couldn't since I can't see them anywhere.
My question is, does anyone else show Prip using data in their data usage? There are two instances of Prip in data usage, which would make sense since push-to-talk is send and receive. I've blocked both from using background data, but I'm wondering if everyone has it using data.

The Prip app is found in the stock Moto oem.img. Some people who have flashed the Moto oem.img to get rid of the Amazon bloat had Prip (as well as My Consumer Cellular, a file manager app, and a second copy of Prip) show up in their app drawers. iirc, the way to remove them was to do a factory reset.
