Private safe forgot password

I forgot the alphanumeric password to my private safe in opportunity realme 1.
It still unlocks with facial recognition. But I cannot change the password, because it asks for the old password. Is there any workaround to this?
Any help would be appreciated thank you.

If you have set email address or associated Realme's cloud account then the password can be changed. If neither of them is set then you have no other choice but to loose the private files.
