After flashing with GDR2 my data connection it´s not working properly , very , very slowly

I´m from Brasil , carrier CLARO - 3g 850mhz

Before flash:
os 8.0.10211.204
Firm 2210.12.12.3
Radio 2210.12.12.2
Bootloader 12.12.20.17

After Flash
os 8.0.10327.77
Firm 2424.13.5.1
Radio 2424.13.5.1
Bootloader 13.04.19.21


I use csc code ´dbt`

all others things works fine

same as always ! in manual and auto , the same issue !

The DBT CSC is german. Perhaps the german radio ROM doesn't play well with your current carrier. What CSC did you have before flashing the device?

There is a code in Diagnosis to change CSC. But it must be avaible in ROM your flashed. And changing CSC causes Hard Reset.

I try all CSC (dbt,ato,btu,itv,xef,xeo) same thing ! I thing the radio is the problem ,
my old versin 2210.12.12.2 and now is 2424.13.5.1

can I revert to mu old rom ?

Changing the CSC isn't the actual problem. The problem is that the radio rom has been changed for a european one. The only thing I can think of is to try and find a ROM for your region and flash that instead. The CSC change is a different topic and mainly related to the OS localisation (it's also only the default CSC and the ROM contains several).

Problem Solved ! I call to my provider (claro ) and after 4 hours my connection Works again ! thanks guys
