I have various problems (paid app)
- when I start the smartphone, I have to enter the app and press adaptive (every day)
- after a few hours of use the app stops working and I have to press adaptive again
- on the lock screen, if there is a notification, the refresh changes from 60 to 120 every second, in a loop

Try to enable it. Also enable prevent switching to High.
