PLease i have a problem with comand ADB with amazon fire 4k max

i whant restore tivimate backup

adb restore ar.tvplayer.tv.ab

but not show the screen ,

Is backup manager enabled on the 4k Max?

Amazon disabled it on the 2nd gen Cube.

If you open an ADB shell, and type bmgr run, do you get an error?

so it is impossible ?

Sorry, ADB backup/restore is a wrapper for 'bu' not 'bmgr'. On FireOS both backup services seem to be broken, but I'm not sure of the exact reason.

bu and bmgr are working on the 3rd gen Cube, so I don't know if it's something that Amazon eventually fixed, or forgot to break.

Without bu working on the 4k Max, it's not going to be possible to restore *.ab backups.
