Problem people widget not remmember action

We have problem people widget forget action .
we ever buy new sensation and have same problem and
bright pixel can clame after we replece new phone people widget
ok and after root problem people come again . How to solve problem
plesae help..

The first problem is how to understand what is written here......

I think he has the same problem I have. It's when you have the people widget on your screen and adressing a standard action (like calling or texting) to a person in that widget. but after one or two tries it forgets the action and just goes to the menu for selecting the action again instead of just starting to cal or opening text message.

(this should read a lot easier I think)

I did exactly the same thing with HTC netherlands (not even a response except the automatic one)
