It usually means your phone is SIM locked to a specific carrier, and you'd need to SIM unlock it if you want to use a different carrier's SIM.

If you have a Verizon XT1060, or a GSM Developer or GSM Unlocked XT1053, it shouldn't be SIM locked.

If you have a Sprint or Republic Wireless variant, there is a thread for SIM unlocking.

If you have any other 2013 X, you'll need to find an online source to buy the SIM unlock code, unless you meet your carriers conditions for them to give you the SIM unlock code.

I do not know what happened, maybe because flashing Root is not compatible :confused:
previously working well,suddenly appeared after receiving the first call
