Problem Remix OS on PC AMD

Remix OS does not start, it stalls on a black screen with a blinking cursor. My specs on my computer:
Processor: AMD Athlon II X250 x64 3.00 GHz
RAM: 4 GB
Video Card: AMD Radeon HD 6450, integrated: NVIDIA 7025
Hard Drive: WD Elements 1 TB
Motherboard: GIGABYTE M68MT-S2
I use the Remix OS x86 image, although I also used the x64 version but it gave me the same results.
Can it be a compatibility issue with one of my specs?

the same problem... i dowload the remix , bud it can´t start.... my engine is AMD Turion x2 dual core,2,3 MHZ, 3 GB RAM
