Problem when flashing AOSP ROM on my MI3

Hello guys,

Firstly, im a real noob with all this stuff so im sorry if I'm saying something horrible...

I'm trying to install the AOSP rom https://forum.xda-developers.com/xiaomi-mi-3/development/8-0-aosp-t3662028 on my mi3.

Im following this guide https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbskKek9h1E.

But when it come to actually flash the rom, im having this message https://imgur.com/a/O4SDuwd ...

When I reboot I end up on the miu7 system...

Can you please help me ?

1. Are you using multirom twrp ?

2. Do you have dual system partitions ?
