How are you!

I have a problem that seems strange to me, last week I cleaned my phone with water, how I usually do it every week, only this time the call speaker did not recover the sound 100% after a couple of hours, the problem sound persisted for days, until the sixth day I thought it had definitely broken and I had thought to send it to guarantee, to have no option and prepare the phone to send it to guarantee remove the SIM and right after I put it back why I needed make a call, then magically the sound of the speaker returns to normal, the issue is that after a while the sound degrades again and simply pull out the SIM and put it back and the problem is solved temporarily, does anyone have an idea What happens, and what can be the solution?

Why would you clean your phone with water? A dry or barely damp cloth is more than enough! It's water resistant NOT waterproof!

Of course, I know, but I do not expose the phone to a large amount of water, or high pressure, or submerge, or anything similar, and when I did he assured me that the sim tray was perfectly placed

I expose it to an amount similar to the attached image

What attached image? And STOP with the freaking water! Just use moist towelettes for cleaning glasses...

like that image, if I definitely will not do it again, but here the point is to know what the SIM tray has to do with the call speakersamsung-galaxy-note-7.jpg

have a look inside your sim tray at the moisture indicator, if it is all red/pink your warranty is now void, it should be white with little small x's on it if intact, Google for image so you know what to look for

Moiseture indicator is still normal.
I think sim teay or something is press ear speaker or circuit board.
Problem is happen when i press phone to ear during call or press edge screen or using a fit case.

But now i solved it by pull out SIM tray and use hair dryer blow around egde screen and sim tray hole then press it, try this 2 time and it solved.:laugh:

After 18hour, now it not happen again. :D
