Question Problem with camera on miui 13

I have a problem with the camera, which is blurred at 1.0x but when I set it to 0.9x it is normal. Does anyone know if it's a bug in this version 13.0.14? If you put it in an earlier version, will it solve it? Is this effort worth it?

I have tried resetting the camera and clearing the cache and data that didn't work.
