Problem with flashing XT926 via rsd phone stuck in Red Motorola Logo

Hi
Last night i trying to clean my Instagram cache (Near 1.5 GB ) in that progress my phone going crazy and freezing and i hold power button for restarting phone but after phone restarting my device stuck in red Motorola logo
also recovery and fastboot still working so i trying to wipe my cache partition and factory rest but after wiping and factory rest phone still stuck in red logo , so i trying for flashing my phone with "VZW_XT926_4.4.2-KDA20.62-15.1_CFC_1FF" because my phone was updated to last version via OTA to last firmware without unlocking boot loader.
After removing var line in .xml file my phone have problem with flashing
this is what i see in my fast boot screen in my phone display
