Problem with my internal card

Hi ,
i was on Quarx CM10 and tried to get back to Miui (GB). So i formatted the sd card to ext3 and tired to install but it there was some problem and my phone wont boot. So i flashed SBF and after that my Internal memory is showing 48 MB. If i tried to install nandroid backup and fixed sbf i have very little memory left to install my apps..
i searched for it in the forums . One suggestion is to deete data/tombstone. But i dont have that folder at all. So its been ruled out. I even tried other cleaning apps and all failed.

I think the Phone is not formatted properly to ext3. Can any one suggest how to format it back to EXT3 ....

PS. By memory i mean Internal SD card. Not the RAM

Thanx guys for your replies. I tried them too But there is no change. I am still having 60Mb of internal memory only. I guess its not reformatting the remaining memory. Can anybody suggest how i can get my total memory back???
