Problem with Odin (SetupConnection)

Hi guys,
I'm trying to change my stock ROM because I bough my S9+ (9650) in Paraguay and I'm from Brazil but I'm getting a problem in ODIN:

<ID:0/003> Odin engine v(ID:3.1301)..
<ID:0/003> File analysis..
<ID:0/003> Total Binary size: 6666 M
<ID:0/003> SetupConnection..
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)

Anyone can help me?
I tried downloading the ROM from a different website, switching the USB port, reinstalling Samsung drivers, rebooting my PC and also dowloaded the last Odin patched (3.13.1) from XDA...Nothing worked.

You can try the following:

1) When entering Download-Mode just skip once and restart entering Download-Mode twice, i don´t know why but often this fixes the problem

2) After flashing is completed (either failed) IMMEDIATELY switch off your phone and instantly restart to Download-Mode and flash again

Old thread, but maybe it helps someone. I was having this problem until i remembered that i forgot to activate USB debugging at the developer options.

Once i did this, Odin was no longer stuck at setupconnection.
