Problem with preinstalled Spotify app

My friend has bought a new phone xa1 ultra. He has preinstalled Spotify in his software. Is it possible to flash some stock firmware without is preinstalled? Where can i get such a software and how to flash it - by flashtool?

puedes ocultar las aplicaciones que quieras incluso del sistema por comandos ADB o para mas facil instalar una app mod de spotify que no interfiere con la original.
