Question Problem with recovery mode

Hi, when I try to enter recovery mode, the phone start not in recovery wirh a pop up
"Back up fail -set up wizard finish".
Why? Any solution?

You have to connect the phone to a USB c cable as you're holding down both volume buttons. If you don't connect the USB cable you'll get that message

Thank you. L'idea s21. I had read that the cable was no longer needed for the fold so I haven't use it
