Probleme Ruu in Windows 10

Anyone have any issues running RUU on Windows 10? I ran the last RUU without a problem on Windows 8.1. Now, after upgrading to Windows 10, I run the RUU and then I get to the accept/decline license agreement. I click "accept", and then nothing happens. I've waited 20 minutes and still nothing happens. What gives?
