Problems making backup with TWRP

Hello everyone I'm on a Google Pixel XL and I have TWRP 3.3.1- 3 installed I'm running pixel dust OS every time I go to make a backup on TWRP I get an error code reading create tar fork process ended with error 255 has anybody ran into this and know how to fix it thank you

Delete following file
Systems
Data
Per_boot- delete this file and backup works
Go directly to twrp cause if reboot phone
Per-boot will be rewritten
