Hello eveybody in this awesome forum, and after a looong time without posting here I'm again, this time to share a problem I detected recently in my Coolpad 5380CA smartphone (very similar to the Cool 1 model). I will try to resume the problem just looking for a solution here... :fingers-crossed:
First to everything I was using my smartphone perfectly but without a sim card until last saturday when I bought one. Of course I used the phone to wifi navigation, music and movies play and games mainly because the absence of a sim card and it worked smoothly and without any problem... So, I bought the sim card, inserted it into the phoen and everything was fine BUT the phone DOESN'T USE the ringtone when I received a call...
The annoying thing is when I looked into settings - sound & notification - phone ringtone section all the ringtones APPEARED there... the internals and the other one I have copied some time ago... and I could play ALL of them without any problem... BUT again when I received a phone call the phone only vibrates but without using the ringtone selected... :silly:
Another thing is the probleem seems only to affect ringtones because I can use notifications and messages (sms) alerts without any problem. Because I use Drupe dialer, I uninstalled it and tried using the original phone dialer, with the same result... no ringtone at all...
At this momento I don't know what problem could be because some time ago and when I used another previous sim card the phone worked perfectly...
If any in this forum can help me, I will appreciate very much...
