Problems with Notifications.

Hello everyone, I hope that all of you can answer the problem I'm experiencing. I happen to be using a Nokia 3.1 Plus mobile, I just updated my mobile to Android 10. After I successfully updated to Android 10 on my Nokia 3.1 Plus mobile, this problem arose. Notifications of all applications that I have installed cannot display it, like the Whatsapp application I cannot bring up a notification that there is an incoming message. Does this only happen to my cellphone, or does anyone experience problems like mine? I really need answers and help from you to solve this problem.
