I can't seem to connect to my work network that is using WPA-PSK security. Anyone seen this problem before. I've double and triple checked my key and my laptop works fine.

try toggling aes vs tkip and otehr small settings like that. it's got to be a small setting that you're overlooking. i've used encryption on multiple wpa-psk networks and they've worked flawlessly as long as the settings were entered correctly. try again!

Have you got MAC address filtering turned on? No amount of times trying to connect, even with the correct key will give you access if that feature is turned on.

funny... I just got the same problem on the same day...
I used WPA-PSK for a long time untill the day. My TP just couldn't connect to my access point. Another laptop works normally with this.

I've tried without WPA-PSK. It was normal.

Yes, I've tried to re-setting WEP-PSK or check at MAC filter already

Trey setting the time to the time on your router as it sounds to me at the time is different as WPA is a temporal keying system time is a factor and sounds outside the maximum driff

have issues sometimes less after i changed to wpa-AES instead which is also more secure
but one thing I found fixed the issue was to power off the router for 10sec and plug it in again so think some routers get dizzy but too many reconnects by the same device
as I had the same issue with my ipod touch but never with laptops and desktops using wifi

I'm not sure if this is the same problem I had before but..

I used to have a problem connecting to my university's wireless internet. It was protected with WPA too (not sure about PSK part). What I found was if you keep pressing the connect button really quickly, it'll eventually connect after a few tries...

There's a chance that it the wireless router that you're trying to connect to. I remember in the past some firmwares weren't compatible with certain devices (cant remember where I read that).

I have the same problem connecting to a wpa-psk network at a friend's house, but works perfectly fine on my home wpa-psk network. No filtering or any special settings on either network. You should try another network to see if it works.

Also, strangely enough, if I enable wpa authentication in the Advanced Configuration app, it doesnt work. So I have that disabled.

try reboot your router and maybe everything back to normal. I have the same problem and even worth my laptop couldn't connect to the Internet.
I don't know if there is a timeout for encryption setting .

My problem was resolved. Not sure if this will work with your TP. I found this solution somewhere here. Thanks to them.

Go to "Advanced config" program (if you don't have it, u can find it somewhere here)

then under "Network"
set "WPA authentication" to DISABLE

Maybe I have changed it by accidental before.
